Snow on our mountain

Sun on snow, with our smoke drifting down Elphinstone towards Gibsons, makes me smile. Safe inside our new greenhouse the first of years crop is sitting on heart mats germinating. Yesterday I finished the tables to hold bedding plants. I cleaned the snow off ofr the greenhouse twice, just to make sure the plastic film would not stretch.

The green house is going up

16′ x 32′ set on 8′ studs with 2×6 rafters made from material found in a stack under the blackberries on the south side of the property. We painted it green of course.
